Game privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Game Structures (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile games and related services (collectively, the “Games”).

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Games.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all Game Structures mobile games published under the Game Structures developer account on app stores (including Google Play) and any related in-game features that link to this Policy.

3. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask you to provide information such as your name, phone number, or postal address within our Games.

However, when you use our Games, technical and usage information may be processed automatically, including by third-party services we use to operate and monetize the Games.

A) Data processed for core operation and stability

App and device information (app version, device model, operating system version, language, time zone)

Diagnostics and performance data (crash reports, error logs, basic performance metrics)

General gameplay and usage events (e.g., session start, level progress), if analytics is enabled

B) Data processed for advertising (if a game shows ads)

If a Game is ad-supported or contains ads, advertising partners may collect:

Android Advertising ID (AAID) and related ad measurement signals

Approximate location (e.g., city/country inferred from IP address)

IP address, device identifiers, network type

Ad interactions (impressions, clicks), diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals

C) Cookies / similar technologies (web)

If you access our websites, we may use cookies or similar technologies for basic website functionality and analytics.

Note: The exact data collected depends on the specific Game, the SDKs included in that Game, and your device settings.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide and operate the Games

Improve gameplay, stability, and performance

Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse

Show ads (where applicable) and measure ad performance

Respond to your requests and communications

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we rely on:

Legitimate interests (to operate the Games, fix bugs, ensure security, prevent fraud)

Consent (where required for personalized ads/analytics, depending on region and the SDK configuration)

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information:

With service providers that help us operate the Games (e.g., analytics, crash reporting)

With advertising and mediation partners (only in Games that display ads)

To comply with legal obligations or protect rights, safety, and security

In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset transfer)

7. Third-party SDKs and their policies

Some Games may include third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, crash reporting, or other operational functions. Examples may include (depending on the Game build):

Google Play Services

Google AdMob

Unity Ads

AppLovin / MAX (mediation)

ironSource / LevelPlay (mediation)

Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics

Each third-party provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

8. Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Diagnostic data is typically retained for a limited period required to investigate issues.

Advertising/analytics partners may retain data according to their own policies.

9. Your choices and controls

You can control advertising and analytics in several ways:

Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID and control ad personalization in system settings

Use device settings related to ad privacy where available

If a Game includes an in-game privacy/consent screen, you can adjust preferences there (if implemented)

Please note: you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

10. Children’s privacy

Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at gamestructures@gmail.com
and we will take appropriate steps.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.

12. Security
